Atomic Force Microscopy Facility

The Atomic Force Microscopy Facility at San Francisco State University is equipped with a suite of JPK Instruments that combined make a versatile and powerful scanning probe microscopy laboratory.

The Atomic Force Microscopy Facility is located in Hensill Hall 136. Hensill Hall is located on the North-East corner of campus on 19th Avenue between Buckingham Way and Holloway Avenue.  From the street level (3rd floor), take the elevator or stairs to the first floor.  The Atomic Force Microscopy Facility shares a suite of laboratories with the Electron Microscopy Facility (EMF) and the Cell and Molecular Imaging Center (CMIC), which is accessed through Hensill Hall 138.
